In the first few days, say around 2-3 days, you should wear the corset for a smaller period, say 2-3 hours a day. You can make a particular schedule when you will be wearing the corset. You can wear the corset for approximately 2-3 hours daily at the same time.

Increase Time Gradually:
After the first 2-3 days, you have to start gradually increasing your time of wearing the corset. This will be like increasing the timing every 2-3 days. If you were wearing the corset for 2 hours for the first 2-3 days, now you can increase it to 3 hours for the next 2-3 days.
